Joe has been a tech executive and CEO for the last 30 years. As CEO of Cadence Design Systems, he grew the company from $10 million in 1987 to $1 billion in a decade to become the leader in electronic design automation (EDA). In recognition of his achievements, he received the Phil Kaufman Award, the highest accolade in the EDA industry. In 1997, Chief Executive magazine named Costello the top CEO of America.
Joe has also served on the board of many companies such as Oracle, Macromedia, Clarify, and Mercury Interactive. Most recently, he served as the Chairman and CEO of Enlighted Inc., a smart building startup acquired by Siemens.
Shamindran Sethuraman

Shamindran has over two decades of experience in the ICT industry playing key leadership roles in varied organizations. Shami’s accomplishments include founding and successfully exiting two technology start-ups, Wonderschools, a K-12 School Portal, and Weume, a Mobile VAS services provider. He was one of the first and successful movers in the Mobile Data/Mobile VAS industry in India and is highly regarded for his innovative strategies and decisive moves.
Before Fantabee, Shami served as the Managing Director of Orb Networks, India (acquired by Qualcomm), President of Qruize Inc., a technology strategy consulting company and most recently as Managing Director of Enlighted Inc., India (a Siemens company).
Ram Vellayan
Managing Director
Ram is an accomplished leader with over 26 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, business development, and entrepreneurship. He has worked for organizations ranging from startups to multinationals such as Tata Infomedia, Reuters.
As a successful entrepreneur, Ram has founded/co-founded four ventures and has extensive experience in raising capital, building teams, and creating brands. Before Fantabee, he co-founded Qruize Technologies and led marketing, where his work won accolades, awards, customers, and investments for the company. Most recently, he founded and successfully exited Haberdasher Ventures, an affordable luxury men’s fashion startup.
Ram is an inspiring leader and a team player, with his head in the clouds and feet on the ground. He holds an MBA from Lancaster University, UK.

Bong is a strategic financial leader and operating CFO in fast-growing startups in the ICT industry. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in equity and debt fundraising, M&A, scaling operations, business modeling, technical accounting in US GAAP and IFRS, accounting operations, tax strategy, IPO preparation, and filing both in the USA and internationally.
Bong has held key leadership roles in organizations such as PwC, KPMG, RingCentral, Wyndham, and Trimble Navigation in the past. Most recently, he was the CFO of Enlighted Inc., where he successfully architected and facilitated the M&A by Siemens.
Bong holds financial and management educational qualifications from Stanford University, USA, Asian Institute of Management, and Ateneo University, Philippines. He is a Certified Global Management Accountant and holds a California CPA license. Bong is also an active member of Financial Executives International-Silicon Valley, American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and CalCPA.
